Biography

Mr. Steven C. Andersen represents clients in all areas of construction law and litigation, real estate litigation, and commercial litigation. His clients include owners, contractors and subcontractors involved in disputes arising out of the construction process, including construction defect and workmanship claims, lien foreclosure actions, and contract disputes. His real estate practice includes claims for adverse possession, easement disputes, title and boundary issues, as well as sales disputes over issues such as nondisclosure, fraud or misrepresentation, including defending broker and sales persons.

Mr. Andersen’s commercial litigation practice includes representing individuals, companies and finance companies in obtaining judgment, recovering property subject to security interests, collections, replevin actions, real estate executions and foreclosures, writs of execution and garnishments.

Prior to joining Conway Law, Mr. Andersen operated his own practice for over 20 years, and prior to that was a shareholder at Bullivant Houser Bailey, P.C., where his practice was consistent with his current practice.
