COVID-19: Vancouver, Washington – Protections for Small Businesses with fewer than 50 employees

On April 3, 2020 – Vancouver, Washington City Manager Eric Holmes issued a citywide emergency order designed to mitigate the impacts of the COVID-19 crisis on small businesses. Please find order here.

Among other provisions, Section 2 places a moratorium on evictions for small businesses effective through April 30. A small business is defined as any business with fewer than 50 employees holding a valid Vancouver business license.
